Hey everyone,
I recently contacted Supernote support because my device seems to be defective after only about 2 weeks of use.

They offered to send me a replacement device once I return mine, but I have a few concerns:

The device is basically brand new (only 2 weeks old), so I would expect a brand new replacement

I rely on the device for work and cannot be without it, so I would need to receive the replacement first before sending mine back
They asked me to send back only the device and keep the charging cable and accessories, which feels a bit unusual to me

Support responses take several days, which makes the process feel a bit uncertain
Has anyone here gone through the same process?

The issue is that the pen input randomly stops working, while touch input (finger) still works fine. The only way to fix it is to completely restart the device. Clearing cache or other basic troubleshooting steps do not solve the problem

Did you receive a brand new device or a refurbished replacement?

My Feedback-Process Numbers:

And were you able to get an advance replacement before returning your device?
Thanks in advance for any insights!
