#NOT 26.04
I ran sudo do-release-upgrade and it told me to install all available updates before upgrading.
I uninstalled a bunch of CUDA/nvinfer stuff I didn't want to bother upgrading, then did sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade. This completed without error.
Now whenever I run sudo do-release-upgrade I get the following result:
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
Could not find the release announcement
The server may be overloaded.
This doesn't make any sense because if I do sudo do-release-upgrade -c I get a successful result:
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
New release '24.04.4 LTS' available.
Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to it.
WTF is going on??
Edit: I just had the same issue on a native ubuntu install, so I guess it's an actual server issue :(
