I was packaging a bunch of orders for cards I sold on eBay a week ago and I accidentally sent the wrong card to this person. The card the buyer bought was some $1 jersey card. The card I accidentally ended up sending was a $500 Macklin Celebrini jersey card. Now I genuinely have no clue how I could have done that, as I’m pretty thorough in double checking addresses and cards for my orders. Regardless, it happened. I messaged the buyer and I’m hoping and praying the buyer does the right thing and returns it. My question is I obviously have the persons name, address, etc. If I don’t get a response or they say they aren’t sending it, is there any legal action I could take because it’s such a high value card?
