Has anyone seen any results from using the Evlo fitness app? Or does anyone have an updated review? There's a few on here, but theyre mostly from years ago or mostly reviewing the prenatal program.

I'd love any insight on the program, pros/cons, and if its actually has effective as the advertising makes it seem! Thanks!
