Complex processing Brazilian from Days in Niigata
This was very good. I will coarsen up the grind, some. 20 g —> 340 ran 6:30. Would rather it around 4:00. I can tell it will excel.
Brazilian Pink Bourbon. Carbonic creation and thermal shock. Roasted 4/14.
