Stuck in an eternal loop

So basically, my turret placement was off while I was in a hurry to quickly get them set up and some of the walls were left undefended. This is the result of that. 2 bots and this spitter are stuck in an eternal loop

Just a random question tho but does a wall design like this do something in slowing down biters? I saw it on the start page of the game and was like why not

Compression of a Solenoid

Don't know if it fits here but here we go anyways

I just learnt in school that solenoids slightly compress when current flows through them and that the compression is towards the center of the solenoid. What I was confused about was that we supply current from one end of the solenoid and current isn't instantaneous so the coils of the solenoid should get current one by one starting with the one closest to the battery/wire. Shouldn't those coils be able to make a field first and attract the wires towards themselves? And then when all of the coils get current, the force cancels out and returns towards the center. So basically what I'm trying to say is that it should compress slightly towards the battery side and then compress towards the center.

Also, I feel like get isn't the best word here but it will have to do

A random question just came to me. Does the map show the ore amount that would be mined by the character? Does that mean that an Ore patch is actually much larger considering that miners are a lot more efficient?

I only want to use one station for all the solid resources (Coal, Stone, Iron, Copper, Uranium). Rn, I'm gonna attach 9 "Filtering" Inserters for each resource and will separate them into chests and then just take them somewhere else. I predicted some might be left over if the inserters are swamped so I'm gonna make a loop and return the leftovers using the 4th lane at the top and then have it equalized between the 2 again.

I'm just wondering if this will work and is an efficient way of doing this. Or is there some better way using splitters which only allow you to split the required resources and let others continue on their merry way (I only had this idea rn, after closing the game). Do tell me if this one is feasible so I can try it next time.
