Under eating concern

Hello, I am considering a glp-1. I am perimenopausal and have gained 60 pounds over my lifelong highest weight goal. I have struggled to stay consistent on anything to make a change. I am currently weight lifting and counting macros for the last couple weeks. I am concerned to be on a glp-1 and under eating. I am already finding it difficult to eat all the macros I am supposed to. I am around 1800 calories goal. I have been eating mostly whole foods and my meat source is mostly chicken. I am trying to eat 150-180g in protein. I don’t want to lose muscle or eat so little that I cause metabolic changes. I lost 60 pounds in 4 months when I was 30 (42 now) and I know it was unhealthy and likely caused metabolic changes that make it harder to lose weight now. Also, I have not been able to replicate that experience. I am also AuDHD and have interoception problems so I will probably just schedule my meals. This is all eating at home. If I eat out I go over my macros so, I havent been eating out mostly.
