My pittie mix has been limping, so we went to the vet and had X-rays. They found he has bone spurs in his rear legs and we're seeing a specialist on Thursday. Our vet said he will need to have the bones shaved down and plates put in. They do one at a time, but of course I'm crazy worried. Has anyone experienced this and have advice?
