The values I set are based on what value I traded for each house, original bucks used (checked via x-ray and duplicate), and design! :)

I'm mainly looking to trade these houses because I rarely use them anymore and want to return some of the value I traded for these in order to acquire new houses.

Value I'm looking for each house:

Grinding House 01💜: 7-8 Elve points minimum

Grinding House 02💗: 14 Elve points minimum

Grinding House 03💙: 7-8 Elve points minimum.

Grinding House 04🧡: 3.5-4 Elve points minimum

Grinding House 05🩷: 5 Elve points minimum

All houses look absolutely better in the game and when you view them personally! ❤️

However, I would like to refrain from giving house tours to my houses that aren't confirmed to be cloned builds to avoid house cloners (this mostly applies to new accounts with low karma; I'm comfortable with old well-known accounts with high karma)!

Additional note: Please do not argue with me regarding how much value I am looking for these houses; these values are what the original creators also *wanted* for their work when I traded for it from them, assuming they are telling the truth and are really the original creators (I give everyone the benefit of the doubt), and I would like to respect their efforts and talent. Some already have lower values set than what I traded for them, but I am open for negotiations since there's a chance I would like the offer even if it is outside my preferred value range.

In the case that it is proven that somehow, the houses I am trading is cloned (perhaps bc of exploits or the owner itself keeping a duplicate to trade, I will immediately put up a notice and lower the value I am looking for 🫡).

I was just checking values casually today for fun when I realized CABBIT has risen so much lol (I've been busy grinding so I wasn't paying attention to the val updates, and yes, I am shocked about the AWD situation 🫪).

Well, back to the context.

(LONG AHH TEXT INCOMING, SKIP TO END FOR POST SUMMARY IN ONE PARAGRAPH)

This *fight* happened many months ago when Cabbit was around 70+ value in mega form and had just left the game. I even used to have 20+ regular Cabbits at some point and just settled for making a mega and trading away my extras because I didn't need more, instantly placing it as NFT in my profile and in name.

Now, I was just grinding peacefully with my cabbit when someone traded me and told me to add my cabbit because they had a good offer. I responded of course, saying that "I'm sorry it's NFT :[," and they proceeded to add an fr owl and sent a question mark.

At this point in time, the owl was indeed very over for the rabbit, but I've dressed up my baby and all, and we had over a 100 friendship level already; it is named after my cat, the list goes on...and so, I replied... "I'm sorry, it really is not for trade."

Their flip probably switched because, oh boy, they were mad mad. They told me about how my cabbit was *ugly* anyways and that I was *stupid* for not accepting because that was probably the best offer I could ever have in my life (*le gasp*) and that my cabbit would never be worth an owl. 🦉

I wasn't even mad, tbh; it's not like I ever planned on trading my cabbit ever, even for an overpay—I just told them, "Uh, okay?" and declined the trade. They proceeded to spam trade me for a while, but I just ended up blocking their trades and continued grinding, lol.

Now, I just find it kind of funny how the cabbit rose so much that it even overpassed the owl. I wonder if they (that person) even remember that once upon a time they were confidently mocking my life choices because I chose to not sacrifice my cabbit for their owl.

I'm not really surprised that Cabbit rose, though; it had always been cute, and there are always new players discovering it. It's also why I fell back to playing the game after quitting for years, because I fell in love at first sight and dedicated myself to getting and making a mega of my own (just in time for my bday!). :3

Looking back, even if back then someone offered me an fr shadow for my cabbit, I wouldn't have done the trade either way bc I genuinely love it and the cat I named it after (especially now when said cat has passed months after that time). Rest in peace, little fella, I'm sorry I couldn't ease your pain at your last moments. 🥹

Summary:

Someone traded me and asked for my cabbit. I said it's nft bc (it's named after my cat, it has 100+ level friendship w me, is dressed up cutely, etc.). They got mad, said my cabbit will never be as valuable as an owl and it was stupid of me to decline. Fast forward to today, cabby is more valuable than an owl. No regrets then, and definitely no regrets now.
