My bearings are cooked, right?
Currently rebuilding my bike and noticed this a gritty feeling and sound in the headset after installing the fork. Loosened top cap some, noise was still present. Removed and fully cleaned every headset part and tried again but still had the noise. Added more grease and sound was still present. I am thinking the bearings need replacement but is there anything else that is worth checking out before i order the parts?
