Don't think it's too substantial, just need an expert's advice.

Previous owner says he paid a garage to do it previously but apparently they chinned him off and just sucked the oil out on a previous change, now it's my problem, I've tried screw/bolt removers, chisels. Need someone with a bit more experience to give a few pointers
