I saw multiple guides, and tried two times already, loosing solid runs to this man. i always do what i'm told, using plasma cutter in a timer to shoot the guy, but he never proplery replicates it and i just get killed. Last time, i used energy orb with trigger, and savoujen just started shooting the orb without ever triggering a plasma beam. Help me ou there, please!

Guess I'm set for this run

had a really good(for my, a beginners, standards) run going recently. i collapsed the holy mountain after snowy depths, and after returning to that mountain from above, i dug through the rubble with my digging blast + freeze charge drill. i isntantly died at some point while digging rubble, which the game attributed to "toxic ice". there was no toxic sludge in the mountain that i could see. what happened, and how could i have prevented it?
