Is this a miscarriage?
I’m 26F, I do partake in vaping, and I take abilify along with a prenatal vitamin since I am postpartum. I had my son an around 3 1/2 months ago, I was put on the Depo shot about 5 weeks before this. I tested negative for pregnancy at my appointment to get the Depo shot but I was intimate (unprotected but using pull out method) days before and around same time as I got the shot. I got a super heavy period with a lot of clots in it and I had a lot of bad cramping that continued before and after I passed this tissue. There were two pieces like this that came out that were very similar. I continued having some heavy bleeding for about a week after this before it cleared up. I never took a pregnancy test before or after this so I have no idea, didn’t notice any obvious pregnancy signs but in the past I didn’t experience symptoms until around 7 weeks pregnant.
