Hi everyone!

Like many of you, I’m a chronic "snoozer." I tried every alarm app out there, but I always found a way to turn them off in my sleep. So, my team and I decided to build ZzZlapp—an iOS app designed for people who actually need help waking up.

What makes it different?

  • Missions that work: You can’t just swipe to dismiss. You have to complete missions like doing 10 squats, solving math problems, scanning a specific QR code in your kitchen, or even smiling at the camera (using ARKit).
  • AlarmKit Integration: It’s built to fire even through DND, Focus modes, or if your phone is on silent.
  • Privacy-First: This is a big one for us. Everything is processed 100% locally. No logins, no data leaves your device, and no cloud tracking.
  • AI Sleep Coach: It analyzes your wake-up habits to give you tips on how to improve your routine.

Why am I here?

We just launched and we want to make ZzZlapp the best tool for the community. I’m looking for honest feedback on:

  1. The Onboarding: Is it clear how to set up your first mission?
  2. Mission Difficulty: Are the math problems too easy/hard? Is the squat detection working well for you?
  3. Bugs: Did anything feel "clunky"?

🎁 The Giveaway:

To say thanks, I’m giving away 50 Premium Lifetime/Annual subscriptions to the first 50 people who try the app with code: REDDIT50 and leave a comment here with their initial thoughts or a suggestion.

Download it here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zzzlapp-alarm-clock-missions/id6757965138 (or search for ZzZlapp on the App Store).

I'll be around all day to answer questions and chat with you guys. Thanks for helping a fellow dev out! 🚀
