Hello! I would like some advice on how to place the curtains for these windows. My two main questions are:

1. Should I hang a rod from the ceiling or from the wall?
2. Should it be one rod or two rods?
3. How to make it look good given that the windows are uncentered on the wall.

I would like to show off the trim for these windows but also keep light out during the mornings. I am also now sure if I should be worried about drilling into stone (areas in blue - click to expand)

Any help would be appreciated.
