Anyone transition to a customer success role? If so, what was the transition like? Thinking about applying for a job at a company that we use their platform in my district. Specifically I’m unsure about the transition to no longer having summers off and potentially traveling for work. Or in general, those of you who have transitioned out of the classroom - what was it like? I have 3 kiddos second grade through 2 and my husband’s schedule changes daily because he travels every day and sometimes doesn’t get home until 8-9 at night. I’d love to apply (and I realize doesn’t mean I’d get the position or even an interview), but am unsure of logistics. Not looking for other roles elsewhere, it’s really just this specific company I’m considering.
