I need help getting this smell out of the boot of my car

The stain is from some spilt milk, it broke on the way home from groceries T^T

It's starting to smell like vinegar in my car and I've tried sanitising and deodorising carpet spray but it hasn't really worked and I'm not sure what else to clean it with.

Ive heard it is hard to get rid of bad milk smells so hopefully I don't need to replace the bottom of my boot

Any tips or ideas are welcome I will try anything
