Went out to just say hello to the ladies this evening and thought I heard bees above me. Sure enough, there was a massive swarm in some high branches, so my wife and I did some sunset chain-sawing coupled with some C+ high school physics calculations to ease the branch down to the ground.

There may have been some hand-scooping of those who fell off the branch during the process.

Not a shabby way to end the day here in Zone 7b, Northern Virginia.
