Hiddenite - Adam's Farm, NC
What is the general consensus on Hiddenite, because Ive heard some say its only green spodumene from NC and others saying its all green spodumene, and others saying its only Chromium bearing green spodumene.

Super neat new calcites with malachite balls from Arkansas, they dont have a market name yet, what should we call them?

I love this little dorito crystal, to my knowledge its the only terminated orange crystal, all the others Ive seen are broken. The story behind these is super neat too, definetly recommend researching the heating process and the mystery behind it

Here we have a super neat set of Pallasitic Peridot/Olivine. Pallasitic Peridot comes from a rare type of meteor called a Pallasite. There is only around 150 Pallasites on Earth, they only make up about 0.2% of meteorites. Of these 150 Pallasites, only about 15-25 have gem grade peridot/Olivine crystals. This being said, these gemstones are exceptionally rare, and even better, this example is both nicely colored and certified! The certificate is from Steve Arnold, Steve is very well known and respected in the meteorite community and even had is own show, Meteorite Men!
edot: forgot to add cert pic, its on the listing though 👍
These came from the same find as the teal and green specimens back in 2023. Not sure what causes the coloration but its super neat, glad to have finally found one. Was a bit skeptical at first but RI and SG checkout as Hauyne opposed to Sodalite (which was my worry)
Both of these are from the 2023 Snowflake Claim find in New Mexico, always a fun talking piece as most assume Red Beryl is exclusive to Utah. There are also 2-3 other NM finds that took place some time ago on the Beryillium Virgin Claim, however I dont know much on those finds
