401k: ~75k; IRA: ~70k; Brokerage: 30k; Cash: 35k; contribute 7% to 401k (4.5% match), $1000/mo to brokerage, do not contribute to IRA. have a pension like payment that pays me around 4000/mo for rest of life. ~200k base pay with another 40-50k annual commission. 620k mortgage, between spouse and I we have ~120k in graduate student loans.
