anyone knows when the latest shipment of Model Y to NZ arrives?
when trying to buy it says arrive June/July
anyone has any specific ideas of where the ship is at the moment and when you'd actually get the car?
thanks

So i was reading and watching some Americans describe (using American terms) that there are forms of monetary investments that attract tax all the time - to avoid those; and some forms of investment that don't get taxed along the way (maybe until you decide it's time to realise the gains and pay tax at your terms).
Any broad advice on how to pick such tax-favourable investments?
Thanks
So I was reading the blog at thehappysaver.com, the lady says that "money invested in ETF using after tax funds is tax free" (you only pay tax on the dividend).
Can someone please explain how I make sure my EFT investment or whatever investment I make using after tax funds is tax free? (Also whether this will change with any CGT if CGT comes into being?)
Thank you.
If you have a Ltd company and you have profits, if they all get paid out to me you'd pay a lot of tax. Would you use a holding company to buy shares, buy rental property (i'm told banks don't lend money to random companies to buy rental property), invest in funds?
My accountant thinks if i want to do all that stuff it's best to pay myself, pay the tax and then do those investments at a personal level. Just checking with the internet that's the way to do it?
Thanks
Hi I have had a lot of advice to put money into "buying the world's sharemarket esp US sharemarket". Can you help me decide which is the best hands off way to do that? I'm 45 and have Kiwisaver & Retirement fund which is deducted from my pay (it's not the best but not the worst performing), but I'd like to start another fund, maybe with better returns.
Can you please give me some ideas on which PIE investment to explore? Also what do you think of the advice of "buying the world's sharemarket + US sharemarket"?
Thank you.
