Dear r/beginnerfitness,
I am currently playing football as a CB (Centre Back) in the 8th to 9th German Division (Kreisliga / 1. Kreisklasse). My Goal is to reach the 6th German Division (Landesliga) and for that I need to train obviously. But where the f- do i start? I am asking here mainly for muscle training for a CB or what exercises I should do. If you also have some Football Drills that I can do alone to improve passes, dribling and ball control feel free to share them! (because my alt. Position is defending Midfielder)
