I just got my 56 hours for vacation time (just got promoted) and I’m excited. But I have some questions.

1. How do I accumulate more vacation time going forward?

2. Is there a limit to how much I can have in my balance and will they expire if I don’t use them?

3. Do I have to ask my TL to use my Vacation time for a day/days off, or just request and await for approval/denial?

4. Can I use vacation time for if/when I get sick?
