I had a CHR + bilateral labiaplasty and I will be 3 weeks po on thursday ( 2days). Unfortunately, I have not been a quick healer despite being extremely cautious and taking care of the site as best as I can. I am still almost as swollen as I was the first week po. I still cannot sit upright even on a donut pillow and i cannot wear underwear or any pants that even come close to touching it. I know swelling is normal but should i still be icing occasionally or will that continue to delay the healing process? I wish i could ask my dr these things but hes an obgyn and the clinic he works at knows zero about labiaplastys because he performs them at a hospital. I had to call 6 days po and the nurse had to wait until the next day to give me any information about what i was asking about😄and he did not give me any po instructions. i dont even know what method he did or anything (my fault for not asking).
