2025 Corolla le. 16k miles. A black bear ran out of the woods and straight into us while I was driving 70mph on the highway last night. I know, I know… just have to wait and see what insurance does, but your best guess?

If it matters, the bear didn’t make it across the front of the car, it just sort of hit the corner and got flung back into the direction it came from.

My 4 year old made a point to tell everyone she came across since, so maybe you already heard about the incident.

Geico just totaled my 2021 RAV4 like less than a year ago for what looked like less damage, and I’m just a girl, so I was shocked that it didn’t come home to me.
