Fluctuating WBC and platelets for years

Fluctuating WBC and platelets for years

33 f, no health conditions (gallbladder removed 15 yrs ago), slightly overweight (5’4, 140lb), active.
No real symptoms.

Over the past 6 plus years I’ve had fluctuating labs:
WBC between 10-22.4
Platelets between 450-800
Lymphocytes between 4250-5000
And some slightly out of range RBC.
No correlation at all to any illness.

This is my most recent blood work

At first(6 yrs ago) I was slightly (low normal) iron deficient (diet related) but have been fine since. Iron, CRP, sed rate, ANA are all within normal range. 6 years ago I was negative for JAK2 and other mutations on a blood test. A BMB was considered but it was during the pandemic and I was told to wait and it never happened. I’m now in a new city with new doctors, and primary wants to refer me back to hematology.

Any ideas of what this could be?
