The closest guess I have to find it is "dress ruched at the hips", but there doesn't seem to be a consistent name for this that I can find. Maybe you can help! I'm mainly curious to know because I'd love to find some skirts in this style (if possible) but closer to just-above-the-knee length. Thanks in advance!
