Here is what I mean by "do it all yourself",

A racquet like the Pure Aero or Vcore will give a lot of aid and help in the spin department, while a racquet like the Hyper Hammer or Pure Drive will give the athlete additional help in power. Some racquets will also help produce more depth or a higher launch angle.

Strings such as polyester strings will give more aid in spin potential, while strings like natural gut will give aid to additional power.

At the end of the day, good tennis comes from proper technique, and some may benefit from a racquet that won't aid in any help at all, and will force a player to use proper technique to get the spin, depth, power, and placement they want. Basically, the user will need to produce it themselves, rather than get additional support from the racquet or strings.

If a person wants no help from their racquet or strings, and wants all of the power, spin, depth, placement, and consistency to strictly come from their technique, which racquet and string setup would you create?

Let's take away wooden and vintage racquets, and use racquets and strings currently on the market.

What would be your ideal setup in this situation?
