Zoho has a terrible customer interface
Apparently, this is the only place a customer can leave reviews for Zoho. On the last thread Zoho left a comment and then the post/thread was archived.
Zoho does not provide an integrated experience for their customers. After purchasing a domain and email from Zoho, the mail app did not verify the domain as it should have, and I was provided no information/ instructions on how to do this manually. My email never worked and the DNS fields that I finally entered manually after tracking down the Zoho names and verified the connection were later deleted/unverified on the app. When I spoke to a Zoho representative that I could barely understand, I was told Zoho mail was not compatible with Outlook email. To see purchases you have to enter a different url (shop.zoho), why this is not integrated on the main account page is bizarre. I decided to use Hostinger for email and wow what a difference. It was working seamlessly in minutes. Honestly, if Zoho cannot even get mail working for customers and provide transparency in billing then any other app that they sell is probably just as frustrating.
