if you find your self getting sad and/or doubting, literally just affirm out loud or in your head. examples: "everything always works out in my favour because i said so." "i am a god/goddess." "i want this or that? i have it!"

i found myself getting sad yesterday and i just affirmed all these things to myself for my self concept and i felt better!
