Started My Own Fencing Workflow Software: Need Advice

Been working with small contractors lately and kept hearing the same thing: leads come in, jobs get scheduled, and somewhere between the first call and getting paid things fall through the cracks. A customer forgets their appointment, an invoice never goes out, a lead comes in at 9 PM and nobody follows up the next morning.

Built a simple system that handles all of that automatically. Lead comes in it gets captured. Job gets scheduled, customer gets a reminder the day before. Job gets done, customer automatically gets notified with what they owe. You basically click one button and the admin runs itself.

Not trying to sell anything here. I am genuinely curious if this is a problem fencing contractors deal with or if most guys already have a system that handles this. If someone in this world knows anything that can help i’d be greatly appreciative. i’m also a first time, solo operator i am not good at sales calls and just want to get at least 1 client if possible before june.

Hey Everyone,

I’m currently evaluating my options for where to pursue my law degree next year. I have been given a substantial scholarship from the University of Alabama, but am worried about the likelihood of me being able to pursue big law once graduated.

I specifically want to target M&A big law. One path i saw online was to do a federal clerkship in the Eleventh Circuit. However, I do not want to pursue litigation in Big Law and have heard federal clerkships are pointless if one does not wish to pursue becoming a litigator in big law.

I am feeling quite defeated as the schools i was hoping to get into to pursue my dream have all been rejections. I wanted to pick the brain of anyone who knows more than I on this matter and have a discussion on how cooked i am hahah. but seriously any help on this matter would be incredibly insightful. I am going to be a first generation lawyer so my knowledge in this field is quite limited.
