Custom Built S-Works Roubaix, size 54. The bike is in impeccable shape - very low miles. He just got a diverge 4 and likes that bike a lot more for his uses at this time. Some of the specs include:
-S-works frame only color option
-Roval c38 carbon tubeless wheels
-Ultegra di2 2x12 Groupo
-700x32 Mondo tires
-Whiskey Carbon handlebars
165 Cranks and a 38cm handlebar.!

What would be a good buy price ?

Canyon Aeroad CF SLX
Model Year: 2021
Frame: Aeroad CF SLX, size M, black, 76,000 km
Cockpit: Canyon integrated handlebar/stem, adjustable width (390–430 mm), stem length 100 mm
Groupset: Shimano 105 Di2 (10,000 km)
Gearing: 52/36 + 11/36
Brake Rotors: Galfer Fixed Disc Wave, 160/140 mm
Saddle: Elita One (89 g); optionally Selle Italia Superboost
Pedals: None
Wheelset: Light Bicycle Airia 55 (1160 g, 3,000 km, carbon spokes, ceramic bearings; runs smooth and very fast)
Tires: Continental Grand Prix 5000, 28/30 mm, TPU tubes
Total Weight: 7.2 kg (without pedals)
Damage: 2 small paint chips (see photo), scratches on shifter and rear derailleur; no structural damage

Seems like a great deal but almost 50k miles on the frame is worrying I need the experts to help me out here. Is this a good buy or would I just be setting myself up for a load of expensive headaches down the road? My main worry is the circled part on in the chain stay, I have asked the buyer for a more detailed video showing it so hopefully should have that soon.

Is this a good buy on marketplace at $750? I’m looking for an entry level bike that’s budget friendly. I’m new to cycling, but want something that still feels as premium as I can get without going too high in price. Also what should I look for in person to make sure it’s a good buy. Frame and forks are aluminum and cranks are 175mm.
