Sperm 0
Hello all. I have recently tested negative for sperm in my semen analysis and I am working with a urologist to try to get my sperm back. For background purposes, I was on testosterone for about 10 years. Anyone in or has been in a similar situation and regained fertility? Need some hopeful stories to get me through this difficult time.
