So, why did I only get 12 weeks of Tirz from GimmeCare for my three month order?

I'm on 15mg and was surprised when I received my order yesterday and it was three vials of 60mg.

BTW- big thanks to GimmeCare customer service for getting my order shipped quickly after a pharmacy delay!
