I got a nose job about a year and a half ago. And it was really good then it first came out. But as I keep losing more swelling around my bridge, my front looks great but my side profile gets worse and worse. My nose tip is too round. It’s because thy have me an up turned nose…but they took away all of the defind parts of my nose so my nostrils look unrealistic and the space in between my nostrils is dropping more and more making it look worse. Is this just too swelling still. My tip is the problems. The bridge is fine. The tip looks good from the front.
