I was fighting a dragon, got careless and died, when I got back to my gear, my axe was like a couple hits away from lifted, and my 3 katanas were like one shot, I thought it was a visual bug but when I used my fire katana it broke, when I left and rejoined the other 2 katanas gained full durability despite being used already. Anyone else have this bug?(I didn't get a pic before but here's the after)
