My engagement photos are coming up and I’ve always been horribly self conscious of the hair on my upper lip. I’ve never waxed anything on my body before but I think I’d like to get my upper lip waxed for these photos and, if it goes well, my wedding. How soon before the engagement photos should I get waxed? I’m afraid of my skin having a bad reaction (I don’t have especially sensitive skin but it’s still a concern since it’s my first time) so if I’m unlucky and my skin has a bad reaction I want to give it enough time to calm down. I’m also thinking about having my underarms waxed but I have a lot of ingrown hairs under my right arm and I’d like reassurance that a waxing place would treat those. I’d appreciate any advice for a first timer! Thanks in advance!!
