I am tired of the damn mutators lol. Any one have a build that counters the mutators while having DPS?

Has anyone ever beat escalation Tier 10? If so what builds you would run including prototype arguments. I ain’t going lie I made a 100% haz pro striker using 3 piece, ninja, cavalier gloves, and ceska knee pads. Skills revive hive, Decoy. (no prototype arguments) back fire smh, lefty shotty. I can clear tier 6 easily small missions lol. But I wanted some ideas or build to get to tier 10 with prototypes arguments. I appreciate it!
