Please do not feel bad if you failed. I am admitted in a non-UBE jurisdiction and failed July by 10 points. Let’s be real here, a 30% pass rate is suspect! I honestly believe it came down to who your essay graders were, which is just the luck of the draw (and prayers). I went into this exam with only 3 solid weeks to study and felt beyond unprepared. I had to gamble on what subjects would be on the exam and prepared for those, paying no attention to the others (e.g., remedies). This is not a post saying if you can do X, use X service, etc., you will pass. I’m posting to let you know I think it’s all BS and hopefully you get lucky next exam getting a combination of subjects on the essays that you are comfortable with and a cool ass grader.
