Should I remove and start over?

Cut the corner beads at 45 degree angles and embedded them with 90min mud. Tried to get a perfect corner at all 4 points but some of the metal edges are slightly poking out more than the other bead's edges. I did dryfit and even though it didn't look perfect, I thought I could make it look good.

These shelves will have LED lighting so it has to look good. Will finish coating this a couple times get this to look square at all points or should I just remove the whole thing and re-drywall it?

This fireplace surround will all eventually be taped, floated, and skimmed to level 5 before I finish it off with Moroccan clay. Will this corner patch be difficult to blend smooth with the wall? Should I cut it down flush and hot mud it smooth or leave as it and work the mud to make everything smooth?

I am building a fireplace surround and hearth for an electric insert. The finish will be Moroccan clay under 1/2" gyp smoothed out with mud. My concern is securing the hearth bottom plate to my engineered wood flooring. Does anyone have insight into cracking or other issues with Moroccan clay and slight floor movement?

I have already framed out the fireplace surround and will begin framing out the hearth. The fireplace surround was fastened to the back wall studs by using 5 horizontal 2x4 attached to the backwall.

The bottom plate of the fireplace surround is not secured to the floor. I am unsure of the best practical method to secure the hearth so it doesn't move. I was thinking of using PL Premium Max adhesive to adhere the hearth bottom plate to the engineered wood flooring.

I am slightly worried the engineered wood flooring might move slightly over time cause the hearth finish (moroccan clay) to crack. Can anyone provide insight? I'd rather not cutout the wood flooring and tapcon the wood to concrete.
