Brand new to this world, but have talked with my doctor friends and even my orthopedic surgeon who quietly recommended the BPC/TB duo. (without having to go back to them and talk for hours on this) I am not so concerned with the dosage, but the best location to inject. Pain is in my carpal bone area which has little, to no meat, in this area. While looking around online, there seems to be the side that says at the location is best and others stating that the shoulder would suffice within the muscle. What is best for my injury location?
