I guess the blue Toa on the left is the mentioned by designers Gali Mistika prototype which was designed closer to her Nuva form that failed with test audiences. You can see her later prototype(which was released as Tahu) in the back .

I think I found the original male voice heard here

It's from this video featuring Voyager's Golden Disk recording of greetings in all languages of the world. Idk what language exactly this is and what's about the other two voices, but I think they're from the video too
