every HCMT i’ve traveled in the past week had carriages with no announcements working at all, either it is extremely quiet, or bouncing between high and low volume while active

like it was completely consistent in all carriages a month ago and now it’s completely broken in half of them, i can’t even hear what is being said because the actual speakers are talking so far away instead of inside my carriage
