Should I get a better Glasspad or a PD170? (I use a skypad 3.0)

I love the speed and texture of my skypad, but I always have the problem of my thumb sticking to the mousepad when it gets sweaty. I've been thinking to upgrade to a Lock-On Odyssey or a GLSSWORKS Polarity or a fast cloth pad like the PD170 which would fix my skin sticking issues.

I would be afraid of the PD170 slowing down over time and from humidity as it is a cloth pad though.

What should I upgrade from the Skypad 3.0?

I only play CS2 and I love the consistency and texture of my skypad, but I'm wondering if there is a glasspad that is better and slightly slower / more controlled?

I've heard a lot of good things about the Polarity Glassworks. Is it suitable for tacfps? I wouldn't want anything faster than the skypad.

I currently use an attack shark R6 and a ATK99G mouse pad and I feel like my wrist hurts a lot after a few games of CS2.

I've been living with wrist pain for a few years and my doctor recommends me to stop playing but I can't. Would the lower resistance be beneficial to me or not?
