What caused your Seb derm?
Dealing with another flare up. Greasy flakes everywhere and itchy eyebrows. I just keep thinking back to a decade ago when my hair was perfect and not oily just “normal” then I did the ‘no poo’ method and ended up with this permanent condition.

Has anyone used cerave anti dandruff shampoo
I’ve being using H&S with piro olamine but I’m not finding it particularly effective. Noticed cerave launched with zinc. Has anyone used it
