Legion 7i pro display concerns.

Hello everybody and firstly I apologise if this has been asked and answered before, but after multiple searches i've only discovered half-answers to my primary concerns. I just got a 10th gen Legion 7i Pro and the OLED display is gorgeous, performance is amazing and thermals are incredibly good, yet I am facing a couple of issues/fears which i hope some of you might be able to help me out in.

1.The fear of burn-in being real ( even though i've never experienced it in the past 10 years of oled/amoled smartphones ) given this is my first oled monitor, i have already hidden the taskbar, activated burn-in protection in legion space, have 3 minutes of inactivity set to turn off the display, use dark mode and am using a live wallpaper. Other than this, while I have found a post from a Lenovo representative stating those panels have lots of protection baked in the firmware, I've seen that most people recommend giving it less brightness.

My eyesight is troubled to say the least, so even at 80% brightness I do tend to feel underwhelmed and go to full brightness which feels just right ( and is the way i've used my previous 8th gen legion for around 2.5 years, but it had an ips display ). Some people even say they use theirs at 40-50% brightness and honestly even in a dark room that feels horrendous. Is it safe to keep it at 100% brightness in primarily media consumption and gaming ? Since this is already around one year old, are there any users with similar use cases as mine to talk about their experience? Thank you.

2.Any help in setting up HDR? Turning it on completely washes out colors on desktop/youtube, and even in gaming it feels like bright spots and lights do tend to be very shiny, but the contrast goes down tremendously and it is overall a worse experience.

3.Any idea whether or not Premium Care would provide assistance for burn-in? I am from Romania and there is no option for Accidental-Damage Care.

Thank you all for your time.
