Hi everyone, I’m looking for recommendations for an experienced U.S. immigration attorney who specializes in I-192 waivers and inadmissibility cases.
My relative were denied a U.S. visa in 2023 under INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) while they were Canadian permanent residents. They are now Canadian citizens and would like to understand their options for applying again and pursuing an I-192 waiver if eligible.
