I was over visiting for the first time since studying there years ago. Living in Ireland, our Indian food is just not up to scratch to Edinburgh, but the rice is what gets me every time.

Can anyone recommend a recipe that would turn out like how the make the rice in the mosque kitchen? I need to learn how to make it at home and no local takeaways do it like that here.
