I had been prediabetic for several years before starting mj in sept 25. I'm about 3 stone down now, and am just hovering around that mark for the past 2 months, stayed on 2.5mg the whole time as the side effects if i increased were too much.

I've just had my yearly LTC review and got the results back today. My haemoglobin A1c level in back in normal range!!! I'm no longer considered prediabetic. I had been so interested to see if a 3 stone loss would make a difference in my bloods and it has! I'm so pleased with this result and just wanted to share the news 😄
