Help us plan our honeymoon - Sept 2-19th
My fiance and I booked our flights to Rome last night and now we’re trying to fill in the dates in between. Flying into Rome on the 2nd and out on the 19th. We’re from Canada and never been overseas before. So we’re looking for all the tips and tricks. First off, we want to lay out our wants and see if it’s even possible to fit into the time we have.
Looking for any suggestions and comments regarding if our trip is overly ambitious and if we should omit some places.
Places we want to visit in order of priority:
Rome
Cinque terre
Florence
Amalfi coast
Venice
Dolomites
Santorini, Greece
Things we want to see and do:
Coliseum tour
Trevi fountain
Vatican
Take a cooking class
Hike cinque terre
Everything else we just want to explore, eat great food and enjoy our time there.
We are in the beginning phases of planning so we will take any recommendations on restaurants to try, hikes to do, places to see, places to stay, how to pack, etc.
